JESSICA

Growing up dancing, Jessica’s love for movement started at an early age. She first came to start practicing Pilates for herself in 2013 while searching for a form of exercise that would give her that same “dancer” feeling and immediately fell in love. In 2020, Jessica took her love for Pilates to the next level and started her first 450-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training program through Hillary Opheim in Los Angeles, CA. She completed the programs in June of 2023 after three years of apprenticeship. Looking to deepen her knowledge of the method, Jessica went on to complete Cara Reeser’s The Heritage Training in May of 2024. In April of 2025, she completed a second 450-hour comprehensive bridge program through Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates teacher training program, making her a 3rd generation Pilates instructor.
As an instructor with five years of experience teaching traditional and classical Pilates, her teaching focuses on working with clients of all levels to build strength, mobility, and body awareness in a supportive and motivating environment. She has had the privilege of working with diverse populations, from beginners to advanced, and tailoring sessions to meet individual needs and goals in both private and group class settings. When not in the studio, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, attending all of their various activities.
